Any arrivals not preregistered will be denied entry. The Rams Hill kiosk is located at 1760 Rams Hill Road, Borrego Springs, CA 92004.
Please share this information with your guests and renters. They are also required to register visitors, deliveries, or service personnel.
If you are expecting an overnight guest, please contact the kiosk staff so that they can create a Temporary Parking Permit for them. The parking permit needs to be visible on the dashboard or the rearview mirror during their stay in Rams Hill. Parking is monitored, and those found in violation may be subject to fines.
Touring throughout Rams Hill is prohibited. Anyone interested in viewing a property in Rams Hill must be accompanied by a Real Estate Agent or the owner of the property. Kiosk staff are instructed to deny entry to visitors wishing to take a tour.
Those interested in visiting the Rams Hill Golf Clubhouse or Golf Course may do so without registration during the season. During the off-season, however, when the clubhouse and golf course are closed, visitors may not gain entry to the property. Please inform the kiosk staff member on duty that you are playing golf or eating at the restaurant so that they can open the main gate for you, which leads to the clubhouse. The second, upper residence gate remains closed. Again, no touring of the property is allowed. Once you are through the main gate at the stop sign, please proceed straight on Rams Hill Road. The clubhouse parking area is located at the end of this road on your left.

FAQs
Visitors staying for a short period - the homeowner must register you with the kiosk staff to allow entry. If you arrive after-hours when kiosk staff are not present, the owner will need to meet you at the front entry to let you in or you can use the Telephone Entry Gate System to have the owner "buzz" you in.
Overnight Guests & Renters - with the temporary PIN provided on the back of your Temporary Parking Permit. This permit is provided by the kiosk staff. The homeowner or rental agent is required to register all overnight guests and renters.
Can I let in my visitors remotely? Homeowners can let their visitors in remotely by using the Telephone Gate Entry System. Owners may wish to contact the kiosk staff to ensure that their current phone number is programmed into the Telephone Gate Entry System software. Please see the instructions below.
Can I tour the property? Not unless you are accompanied by a real estate agent or the owner of the property.
Does the kiosk staff open the gates for the homeowners? For access control purposes, the kiosk staff does not open the gates for homeowners.
What if I forget to register my visitor? Staff will ask the visitor to pull up so that they are not blocking the left "Guests" lane. They will then ask the visitor to contact you so that you can call the kiosk to give authorization for them to be let in. If your visitor cannot get in contact with you, they will be turned away.
Your visitor may also attempt to contact you through the Telephone Gate Entry System and you can "buzz" them in. Please see the instructions below.

Are there any vendors that I do not have to register? Yes. The two vendors that do not require registration are FedEx and UPS. Kiosk staff are permitted to let these vendors in without prior notice from owners. All other vendors require preregistration with the kiosk staff.
Please note that USPS does not deliver to street addresses in Rams Hill; homeowners will need to open a local PO Box at the post office if they wish to have USPS mail delivery.
