RAMS HILL TRASH AND RECYCLING
Rams Hill trash pick-up is on Monday morning and begins at approximately 7:00 a.m. (residents are allowed 2 assigned receptacles only, one brown, 35-gallon can for trash and one blue, 35-gallon can for recycling. Excess trash and recycling must be disposed of at the community dumpster located in the maintenance area.)
When placing trash at the curb, please be sure the lid is down on your containers. Trash must be bagged and placed in receptacles. If you are leaving prior to Sunday afternoon and you have trash that needs to be picked up, you must dispose of it at the enclosed Rams Hill dumpsters on Rams Hill Dr. (north of the intersection at the gates) across from the golf course maintenance area.

Should you have any questions regarding the trash service, please contact the HOA office at 760-767-1158. Any trash that is not bagged and placed in receptacles will not be taken. Receptacles must be concealed when not set out for pick up. Do not leave receptacles in the driveway for extended periods. Receptacles should not be put out prior to Sunday afternoon. NO trash should be left out in plastic bags as resident critters will quickly scatter it. If you are leaving prior to Sunday afternoon and you have trash that needs to be picked up, you must dispose of it at the enclosed Rams Hill dumpsters on Rams Hill Dr. (north of the intersection at the gates) near the golf course maintenance area. You will find a regular dumpster and a recycling dumpster there for your use. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and placed in the recycling dumpster. NEVER LEAVE TRASH AROUND THE DUMPSTERS.
ALSO, THE COMMUNITY DUMPSTERS ARE NOT FOR LANDSCAPE WASTE & TRIMMINGS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONVEY THIS MESSAGE TO YOUR LANDSCAPER. IF THEY ARE CAUGHT DUMPING ORGANIC WASTE IN THE COMMUNITY GARBAGE OR RECYCLING BINS, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY.
