Casitas Parking

• Casitas residents and their guests may park in their one (1) assigned carport, open parking spaces, or unassigned carports.
• Parking in another owner's carport is strictly prohibited.
• Renters and guests must have their Temporary Parking Permit displayed on their dashboard or rearview mirror during their stay.

For details regarding parking in the Casitas neighborhood, please refer to pages 2-4 Section VI. Vehicles in the Casitas Rules and Regulations. Parking is monitored, and those found in violation may be subject to fines.
