If you are expecting visitors, deliveries, or service personnel, please use your visitor management app to send them a QR code to allow them property access through the gates.  If you have issues, please contact the gatehouse at 760-767-4259, [email protected]. Any arrivals not preregistered will be denied entry. The Rams Hill gatehouse is located at 1760 Rams Hill Road, Borrego Springs, CA 92004.

If your guests or short term renters will have visitors or deliveries, they should call the kiosk with the phone numbers of the visitors or delivery personnel so that the gatehouse can send them a QR code. 

Touring throughout Rams Hill is prohibited. Anyone interested in viewing a property in Rams Hill must be accompanied by a Real Estate Agent or the owner of the property. 

Those interested in visiting the Rams Hill Golf Clubhouse or Golf Course may do so without registration. Once you are through the main gate at the stop sign, please proceed straight on Rams Hill Road. The clubhouse parking area is located at the end of this road on your left.

Visitors, Renters, and Vendors - the homeowner must send you a QR code to allow entry into the property. 

Can I tour the property?
Not unless you are accompanied by a real estate agent or the owner of the property. 

Does the gatehouse staff open the gates for the homeowners?
For access control purposes, the gatehouse staff does not open the gates for homeowners.
 
What if I forget to register my visitor?
Staff will ask the visitor to pull up so that they are not blocking the left "Guests" lane. They will then ask the visitor to contact you so that you can call the gatehouse to give authorization for them to be let in. If your visitor cannot get in contact with you, they will be turned away.

Are there any vendors that I do not have to register? 
Yes. The two vendors that do not require registration are FedEx and UPS. Gatehouse staff are permitted to let these vendors in without prior notice from owners.
